DOOR SUPERVISOR UP-SKILLING

Level 2 Award for Up-skilling a Door Supervisor Working within the Private Security Industry - 2 Day Course

This qualification is a nationally recognised qualification that has been developed to meet the mandatory SIA top up training requirement for Door Supervisors who undertook their training prior to June 2010. Qualified learners who complete the qualification will be eligible to apply to renew their SIA Door Supervisors licence.

CONFLICT MANAGEMENT COURSE

Level 2 Award in Conflict Management and Personal Safety (QCF) - 1 Day Course

The qualification is designed for a variety of sectors and roles which require employees and volunteers to manage potential conflict and their own personal safety as part of their role e.g. dealing with members of the public and fellow colleagues.

EMERGENCY FIRST AID AT WORK 

Level 3 Award in Emergency First Aid at Work (RQF) - 1 Day Course

This course is ideal for anyone wishing to become an emergency first aider, including defibrillator training. This provides learners with skills and knowledge to deal with first aid situations in low risk workplace environments for the Health and Safety (First-Aid) Regulations 1981 and the Health and Safety (First-Aid) Regulations (NI) 1982 purposes.

Level 2 Award in Basic Life Support and Safe use of an Automated External Defibrillator (QCF) - 1 Day Course

This qualification is recommended as training for first aiders in the workplace environment who have access to a defibrillator.
The topics covered are regarded by Skills for Health as being important to maintaining good practice in the safe, prompt and effective administration of cardiopulmonary resuscitation and automated external defibrillation.
